Known for her values-driven approach and focus on impact, Carrie has built a career aligning major donors, institutions, and government partners to deliver transformational outcomes.
She played pivotal roles in several landmark campaigns, including Monash University’s Change it for Future Generations ($1 billion raised over 11 years), JDRF International’s $1 billion global campaign (2005–2013 in the U.S. and Australia), and Victoria University’s first-ever $40 million Centenary Campaign, which she launched successfully within 18 months.
Carrie brings deep experience in major, principal, and legacy gifts, and has led high-performing teams through complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. She is known for building a culture of philanthropy, delivering ethical and strategic growth, and serving as a trusted advisor to boards, executives, and donors alike.
